Indians For Guns

Hello,
I am on the verge of being able to get AirSoft guns in India for good. The only barrier that stands the way is the licencing part from our government.
I want to know the process of getting the import licence and other documents ( if necessary ) to set up an entirely new business to sell guns here.

If they are treated by customs as toys then there is no need for any license AFAIK toys come under OGL.

OTOH if customs treats them as airguns, then there is currently no possibility of obtaining a commercial import license.
