Hello everyone

I am trying to plan the deposit and subsequent sale of 2 firearms.

They belong to my dad who passed away.

We are 2 brothers.

Does the person who deposits the gun with a gun house also have to apply for the NOC or can the other brother also apply.

Would it cause any issues with the gun house ?

To take permission to sell weapons deposited in death case, all legal heirs have to give affidavit. Therefore it doesn't matter who deposited the weapons.
