Where can I ask questions about the arms act from the government officials?

I'm quite interested in Gun designing & about guns in general. There are quite a lot of things that are just not simply mentioned in the arms act about the guns themselves. I think its a good idea for me to clear some of the fog before I delve deeper into the gun business. Can anyone point me towards the right direction?

The Arms Rules 2016 is quite clear on these aspects.

Then there's RTI as well.

The right to information act is for such clarifications.

I would suggest all Arms Act 1959, 2016 and 20219 amendment.

Any after thoroughly reading and understanding above, an RTI application can be made to MHA for more info and clarification.

Our IFGian Pran has suggested Arms Act 2016, however use it only for reference, as it is not passed. As per IFGians, and you get the same info when you read 2019 amendments are made for Act 1959 and NOT 2016.
