Just because the IOF brochure says that you need a DBBL Licence for a pump action does not alter the correct legal inerpretation. a pump is a single barrel period

.... the lack of common sense with the IOF was and is hardly surprising. I'm almost tempted to think, many within the IOF management don't know the difference.
Anyway, we're going off topic I think....

No, you cannot buy a pump action shotgun if you are granted a licence for a DBBL Non Prohibited Shotgun.
