Discharging a firearm without a valid license

Post by snIPer » Thu Oct 16, 2008 1:07 pm

Hi all,
Was just wondering what the legal take was on discharging firearms that are owned by friends and relatives.

Scenarion - a chap has no firearm - can he fire firearms (valid) that belong to people whom he knows.

Thanks
/S/

Yes, so long as the license holder is present and it is not an unsafe discharge....

On the same lines, Is there any restrictions for discharging an air rifle within city limits?

None that I know off, provided:

1) It is not shot in public areas without written permission.
2) The pellet, dart, BB, moong daal, stones, etc. does not crossover into another persons property.

P.S.: The above is merely an opinion based on common sense rather than something out of a legal tome.
