world cup Acapulco

Kudos to the Indian shooters.

Trap men: Anirudh singh- 6th
Double trap: Mohammad Asab narrowly misses bronze in shoot off
Skeet: Arozepal jointly third after 2 rounds. Heres wishing him luck for the other rounds. Personally my fav was/is/will be Vince. But as an Indian its such a pleasure to see indians do well in skeet which has never been our forte.
Womens skeet: Sania sheikh did quite well too.

We need to celebrate and promote athletes at grassroot level and at this level too. Not just when they win. Only then will our sport flourish.

Things will only improve should the import restriction and draconian licensing procedures are relaxed.
Anirudh is considered by many to be one of the most talented shooters today.
To Excellence through Diligence.
