A lot of the Delhi/ Jaipur/ Punjab chaps are buying from Syndicate Innovations, the same company who advertises their website Kiehberg.in on IFG. IIRC the last rate (including delivery to Delhi) was ₹1,232 per box of 200 (brand NASTA). You can check directly with them for availability and whether they will deliver to your location.
You should also try to get in touch with the Pune shooting range and ask them if there is a supplier located closer to you.
