I also very very very badly miss the menu on the left and the list of recently active posts that were also on the left. Would love to see the list of recently active posts back on the site. I also find it extremely difficult to navigate from topic to topic and would definitely love to have back the list of active topics . The site suddenly seems less user friendly.

Based on user feedback, 2 new plug ins have been installed:

1) The title of the last topic on each forum will now display along with the username of the last poster (earlier it would only display the username).
2) The 10 most recently active topics will be displayed on the top of the Index (main) page.

The old look was better. Was easier to go through stuff. Just wish that we can revert back as soon as possible.

A suggestion.

The sticky topics should be in different colour text or background which will help them separate from the regular topics.

Can the avatar image size limit be increased ? the existing page layout on the right hand side, has plenty of room for it.

Navigating right now is a bit tricky for me. Probably will take time to unlearn the old layout.
