Something really strange about that case.
The Police Officer running that investigation fared rather badly under cross examination and all his theories and evidence were demolished (on the stand).
Then in a weird twist, the police officer himself was arrested on attempted murder charges.

So Oscar is out on bail but the arresting officer is in jail. Hmmmm!
