There are no restrictions on using/ mounting a laser or flashlight on a firearm.

Since no one in India makes any mounts/ lights for firearms and imported ones are not designed for Indian made pistols/ revolvers - the chap in the video must have tried to improvise to the best of his own abilities.

Oh wait, the laser isn't meant to assist aiming. Guess he intends to temporarily blind an assailant with it in case the revolver malfunctions :lol:

At one time he only had a camera between his head and the muzzle of a loaded revolver......Kudos!!!!!

That was not safe. He would have blinded himself with that laser.
